Friends, we are so happy to have you attend an event at Stone Ridge Estates! We know you’re going to have an amazing time here. We’ve prepared some information you’ll find helpful during your visit. If you have any other questions, please email stacey@stone-ridge-estates.com or call 509-545-8410. Thank you!
Don't confuse us with our old venue, Stone Ridge Event Center, on Burden Blvd!!
Coming from Tri-Cities, head toward Burbank, stay on the highway (some GPS will try and take you the scenic route through downtown Pasco). Take the Kahlotus HWY exit. Drive 6 miles on Kahlotus HWY (it will seem like a long drive, it's not! Enjoy a less than 10 minute drive through farm country), and turn RIGHT at the GIANORMOUS YELLOW MAILBOX, this is Carr Road.
Turn right into the FIRST GATE ON CARR ROAD (just pass the crop duster airfield & chain link fence) where cones/signs indicate, and follow parking signs past the barn and into the pasture.
For guests with special needs: handicap parking, elderly, expecting mothers, baby strollers, etc. please continue to the first paved driveway on the right and park in the handicap lot. Careful not to block the entrance.
Please park in straight rows in the pasture.
Watch out for the pond! Do NOT park near or around the pond, it is a FIRE POND, as we are in the country, fire trucks must be able to access this water source in case of fire.
Please only park in areas indicated for parking, we have lots of things going on underground we can't have vehicles driving over.
Please do NOT park along the fence line behind the barn, this is our fire lane, and you may be towed.
Please do NOT park along Carr Road, we have big farm equipment that pass by, and you don't want your ride swiped by a huge tractor or combine!
If you need to leave your vehicle overnight, it is at your own risk, however; we are fine with you leaving your car, just please return by 10am the following morning.
We know you’re excited to attend the event, but please arrive no more than 15-20 minutes before the start of the event, unless the HOST has asked you to arrive earlier to help setup, or for pictures, etc.
Early arrival often distracts the HOSTS from their last minute setup, interrupts pictures, etc. Brides, especially, tend to get very upset when guests arrive early and see her in her gown before she walks down the aisle, or when guests arrive during private moments, such as first look with her groom.
We are a true, rustic barn and beautiful garden venue. Our barn is not heated or cooled, so you will want to dress appropriately.
From the pasture, enter through the open gate into the barn area. Look for 'CEREMONY THIS WAY' signs, as we have multiple ceremony locations, and will try and direct you to the right one. The gate will remain closed, and guests asked to stay in the barn lawn area until apx. 10 minutes before ceremony starts. Please don't enter ceremony area until we have opened the gate. Keep this gate closed at all times to prevent children from entering potentially dangerous areas.
Restrooms are located next to the barn.
There is a fold out baby changer in the restrooms. Attend baby at all times. Please bag dirty nappie & place in trash can. Spray disinfectant & wipe changer after use.
Please be respectful if the HOST of your event has asked you not to bring children! We know they are precious, but sometimes hosts want an adult only party.
If you do have children attending the event with you please:
Do NOT allow them to play in any rocked or landscaped areas, or in the pasture.
Ensure they are in your sight at ALL times.
Do NOT allow them to play in or around the pool or ponds.
Our photo booth is not a toy. Children must be supervised when using, and props should be put back after use. The HOST of the party is responsible for props misused and damaged, so ensure you are not the cause of a charge to the host by supervising photo booth use.
Bring your child some table activities to help keep them entertained. We do have a large grassy area where they can play, but we are NOT entirely fenced in, and again, we have multiple water features that can be dangerous to unsupervised children.
Bounce House- The HOST of the party may have rented our bounce house. Use of the bounce house is at own risk, and Stone Ridge Estates is in no way responsible for injury, death, illness or any other accident arising from bounce house play. Children who cause ruckus in the bounce house will be banned from play.
If alcohol is being served at the event, please:
Have your I.D. out and ready when you get your first drink at the bar. All guests, regardless of age, will need to show I.D.
All alcohol must be served from Stone Ridge’s Bar Staff, from behind the bar.
There is absolutely NO self service of alcohol.
If hard alcohol is being served, no straight shots are allowed, and we will only pour single shot drinks.
No outside alcohol is permitted. If a guest is found sneaking in outside alcohol, it will be confiscated, and the guest may be asked to leave.
Guests showing signs of intoxication can not be served per Washington State's Liquor Laws.
No Car Bar! Guests sneaking drinks from their cars will be asked to leave.
Bar typically opens after ceremony, do not attempt to take alcohol from bar before it has opened.
Be Smart! Plan your ride home in advance if you are indulging. Uber does come out here, and an XL ride back into town will run about $60.00. Pre-plan to arrive together with other wedding guests and share an Uber home! Tip: Meet a group at a Park & Ride and Uber out & back together! (There is one located at the TRAC)
PS. We aren’t trying to be fuddy duddys! We pride ourselves on helping your party HOSTS to have respectful events where their guests have a great time, not a drunken someone end up in jail time ?
The venue owners live in the main house, please do not enter any part of the main house or guest house. We do have a 2 bedroom guest house available for overnight stays (if the bride & groom haven't already rented it for the night). If you would like information on renting the guest house for the night, email stacey@stone-ridge-estates.com
Our bridal suite & groom’s room are for the wedding couple, wedding party, photographer, parents, hair/makeup persons only.
Guests should not enter these rooms at any time.
No hanging out or partying in these rooms at any time by any guest.
Please find our ‘designated’ smoking section, smoke in this area only and use the butt chimney.
Please don't use our gorgeous flower pots as ashtrays, or toss butts on the ground!
We appreciate you helping us to keep our grounds beautiful, and not catch fire!
Not all guest understand the HOST of the event is responsible for the clean up, including clearing tables and taking trash to dumpster. Please be a helpful guest and clear your space, and throw away your trash. Do not throw candy wrappers, cans, water bottles, etc. on the ground, your HOST will have to clean up after you, or they will be charged a cleaning fee. There are many garbage cans around the property.
We are a country venue, you'll want to keep that in mind when selecting your shoes! Keep shoes on at all times, we do have stickers, cheat grass & other country things that don't feel good on bare feet!
We love seeing pictures from our guests, please tag us! #stoneridgeestates
