Guest Information

A bride and groom holding hands and smiling outdoors on their wedding day.

 Welcome to Stone Ridge Estates!

Friends, we are absolutely thrilled to have you celebrate with us! We know you’re going to have an amazing time making memories here. To help your visit run as smoothly as possible, we’ve put together some helpful information below.

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to Stacey at stacey@stone-ridge-estates.com or call us at 509-948-6974. Thank you, and welcome!

📍 Location & Getting Here

  • Our Address: 220 Carr Road, Pasco, WA 99301. (Note: Please don't confuse us with our old venue on Burden Blvd!)
  • The Best Route: Coming from the Tri-Cities, head toward Burbank and stay on the highway (GPS loves the scenic route through downtown Pasco, but trust us on this one!). Take the Kahlotus HWY exit and drive for 6 miles. It’s a beautiful, short 10-minute drive through farm country.
  • The Turning Point: Look for the GIANORMOUS YELLOW MAILBOX and turn RIGHT onto Carr Road.
  • Parking Entrance: Turn right into the FIRST GATE on Carr Road (just past the crop duster airfield and chain-link fence) where you see our signs and cones. Follow the parking signs past the barn and into the pasture.
  • Accessibility Parking: For guests with special needs, elderly guests, expecting mothers, or those with strollers, please continue past the first gate to the first paved driveway on the right and park in our designated handicap lot. Please be careful not to block the entrance.

🚗 Pasture Parking Rules

Because we are a working country estate, we have a few strict parking rules to keep everyone safe:

  • Park in Straight Rows: Please park neatly in rows within the pasture and only in designated areas. (We have vital underground systems we cannot drive over!)
  • Stay Clear of the Pond: Do NOT park near or around the pond. This is a dedicated fire pond, and emergency vehicles must have unobstructed access to it at all times.
  • No Parking in Fire Lanes: Do not park along the fence line behind the barn. This is a designated fire lane, and vehicles parked here will be towed.
  • No Parking on Carr Road: Heavy farm equipment passes by frequently, and you definitely don’t want your vehicle swiped by a massive tractor or combine!
  • Overnight Parking: If you need to leave your vehicle overnight to ensure a safe ride home, you are welcome to do so at your own risk. Please just make sure to retrieve your vehicle by 10:00 AM the following morning.

⏰ Arrival Time

We love your enthusiasm, but please arrive no more than 15–20 minutes before the event start time—unless the host has explicitly asked you to arrive early for setup or photos.

Early arrivals can inadvertently disrupt last-minute setups and intimate photography sessions. Brides, in particular, prefer that guests don't see them in their gown before the walk down the aisle!

🌤 Weather & Attire

We are a true, rustic barn and beautiful garden venue. Because our barn is not climate-controlled (no central heating or A/C), please check the weather forecast and dress comfortably for the season!

🏡 Exploring the Property

  • Ceremony & Reception Areas: From the pasture, enter through the open gate into the barn area. Keep an eye out for "Ceremony This Way" signs to guide you to the right spot. To keep setup running smoothly, the ceremony gate will remain closed until about 10 minutes before the start time. Please remain in the barn lawn area until it opens, and always keep gates closed to keep little ones safe.
  • Private Residences: The venue owners live on-site. The Main House and Guest House are strictly private. Please do not enter these areas. (If you are interested in renting our 2-bedroom guest house for a future overnight stay, drop us an email!)
  • Bridal Suite & Groom’s Room: These spaces are strictly reserved for the wedding couple, wedding party, parents, and vendors (photographer/makeup artists). No guest entry or partying is allowed in these rooms.

🚼 Restrooms & Amenities

  • Restrooms are located right next to the barn.
  • Baby changing station is available in the women's restroom and family room. For the comfort of everyone, please never leave babies unattended, place all dirty diapers in a bag before tossing them in the trash.

👟 Shoe Choice

We highly recommend country-appropriate footwear! Please keep your shoes on at all times, as stickers, cheatgrass, and other natural country elements do not mix well with bare feet.

👶 Children at the Estate

If your hosts have requested an adult-only celebration, please respect their wishes! If children are attending, they must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Children are not permitted to play in the rocked, landscaped, or pasture areas.
  • Keep children completely away from the pool, ponds, and water features, as the property is not entirely fenced.
  • Photo Booth: Our photo booth is a wonderful feature for guests, but it is not a playground. Children must be supervised while using it, and all props must be returned neatly. Hosts are financially responsible for damaged props, so please help us protect them from extra charges!
  • Bounce House: If the host has rented our bounce house, use is at your own risk. Children causing a ruckus or playing unsafely will be asked to leave the bounce house.
  • Tip: We have a beautiful large lawn area for them to enjoy, but we highly recommend bringing some table activities to keep them entertained during speeches and dinner!

🍹 Alcohol Policy

We love a good celebration, but we strictly enforce Washington State Liquor Laws to ensure everyone gets home safely. We aren't trying to be party-poopers—we just want to make sure your host's big day ends with great memories, not a legal issue!

  • ID Required: Please have your physical ID out and ready for your first drink. All guests, regardless of age, will be carded.
  • No Self-Service or Outside Alcohol: All alcohol must be served by Stone Ridge’s professional bar staff from behind the bar. Bringing your own alcohol, sneaking drinks from your vehicle ("car barring"), or self-serving is strictly prohibited. Guests caught with outside alcohol will have it confiscated and may be asked to leave the premises.
  • Pour Limits: If hard liquor is being served, we only pour single-shot mixed drinks. No straight shots are permitted.
  • Service Limits: Per state law, we cannot serve anyone showing signs of intoxication.
  • Bar Hours: The bar typically opens after the ceremony. Please do not attempt to order before the official opening time.
  • Plan Ahead: Uber XL rides back into town run about $60.00 and do service our area. We highly recommend grouping up with friends, meeting at a Park & Ride (like the TRAC), and ridesharing together!

🚭 Smoking Policy

Please limit smoking to our designated outdoor smoking section only. Please use the provided butt chimneys for your filters—never toss them on the ground or use our flower pots as ashtrays. Help us keep our grounds beautiful and fire-safe!

♻ Trash & Cleanup

Many guests don't realize that the hosts are ultimately responsible for clearing tables and taking trash to the dumpsters at the end of the night. Please be an amazing guest by clearing your own space and disposing of plates, cans, and candy wrappers in the many garbage cans located around the property. Let's help your hosts avoid unexpected cleaning fees!
