When planning a wedding, engaged couples have many factors to consider and sometimes it's difficult to know what questions to ask the venue they tour. Here are the top 10 questions we, at Stone Ridge Estates Wedding Venue in Pasco, Washington often get asked and our answer:
Availability: Is the venue available on our desired date? At Stone Ridge Estates we try to confirm your date is available before you tour, however; you may want to have a couple back up dates that will work in the case we are not available on your date, or we recently booked your date to another couple.
Capacity: Can the venue accommodate our guest list? Depending on the time of year, Stone Ridge Estates can host up to 200 people. However; this would be seating inside & outside the barn. The capacity inside the barn, keeping a dance floor open, we can fit 100-120.
Pricing: What is the total cost, including fees and deposits? At Stone Ridge Estates we are very transparent with all of our wedding package costs, any extra fees and deposits both on our website and printed price sheet couples receive when they attend a tour.
Inclusions: What is included in the base price (food, drinks, decor, etc.)? At Stone Ridge Estates Wedding Venue, our package includes:
Tables, chairs & linens.
Ceremony chairs.
5 Hours DJ Services ~ Dragon Entertainment.
Wedding Officiant & Coordination of Rehearsal ~ Uniquely, I Do

Customization: Can we customize the venue to match our vision? At Stone Ridge Estates you will meet with one of our experienced event specialists to map out how you would like your tables and chairs to setup, choose from one of our 3 ceremony spots and may DIY or hire a great decorator!
Amenities: What amenities are available (parking, accommodations, etc.)? At Stone Ridge Estates, we have ample parking in our pasture for all guests, handicap parking, a honeymoon cottage & more!
Restrictions: Are there any restrictions or limitations (noise, alcohol, etc.)? Here at Stone Ridge Estates Wedding Venue, we follow the same noise ordinance as all outdoor venues in the Tri-Cities. We allow alcohol to be served by our licensed servers. We will go into details on our restrictions and/or limitations when you tour.
