By using stone-ridge-estates.com, you agree to these Website Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

Website information is not a reservation

Website content is provided to help visitors explore Stone Ridge Estates, compare packages, check indicative pricing, and request a tour or quote. A date-entry result, calendar appearance, text message, inquiry, tour request, quote request, or verbal conversation does not reserve or hold a date.

A wedding or event is booked only after all required parties complete the current Stone Ridge Estates venue agreement and the required booking payment is received and accepted.

Pricing, packages, and availability

Stone Ridge Estates works to keep website pricing and package information accurate. Pricing, inclusions, add-ons, policies, promotions, payment options, capacity, and availability may change. The written quote and signed venue agreement in effect at booking control if website information differs from those documents.

References to a $600 booking payment and monthly payments apply only to qualifying Ultimate One-Day and Supreme Two-Day bookings under the terms offered at the time of booking. Smaller or specialty packages have their own payment schedules.

Planning tools and date calculations

Date checkers, package estimators, hashtag ideas, ceremony tools, alcohol calculators, articles, FAQs, and AI-assisted answers are planning aids only. They may not reflect every circumstance and are not legal, financial, insurance, medical, alcohol-service, or professional planning advice. Users remain responsible for confirming requirements with qualified professionals and applicable government agencies.

Gemma and AI-assisted information

Gemma is an automated AI Event Specialist provided through Jotform. Responses are informational and may be incomplete or mistaken. Pricing, policy, availability, and contract questions should be confirmed directly with Stone Ridge Estates before relying on an answer.

Couples RSVP Portal

Authorized couples may use the portal to create a wedding page and manage invited households. Couples are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information they enter, for sharing guest links and invitation codes appropriately, and for keeping access information secure. Guests may use an invitation code only for the household to which it was issued.

Users may not attempt to access another couple’s dashboard, another household’s RSVP, administrative features, or nonpublic records. Stone Ridge Estates may suspend access that threatens security, privacy, website operation, or other users.

Photographs and website content

The website design, written content, Stone Ridge Estates branding, and venue-created materials are owned by Stone Ridge Estates or used with permission. Wedding photographs remain the work of their credited photographers or other rights holders. Content may not be copied, republished, sold, scraped, or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with website security, availability, or normal operation.
• Submit false, unlawful, threatening, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.
• Use automated tools to harvest personal information or copy substantial website content.
• Impersonate another person, couple, guest, vendor, or administrator.
• Use the website for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services and links

The website links to or embeds services operated by companies such as 17hats, Jotform, Google, TikTok, photographers, and other vendors. Stone Ridge Estates does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or separate terms.

No guarantee of uninterrupted access

Stone Ridge Estates may update, pause, remove, or change website features at any time. Although reasonable care is taken, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, current, or error-free.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Ridge Estates is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited. A signed venue agreement contains the terms that apply to an actual wedding or event.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning these website terms will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in or serving Franklin County, Washington.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as website features or business practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
