This Privacy Policy applies to stone-ridge-estates.com and the website features operated by Stone Ridge Estates Wedding Venue. It does not replace the privacy policies of outside services linked or embedded on the website.

Depending on the feature you use, Stone Ridge Estates may receive:

• Your name, email address, telephone number, wedding date, guest count, event details, and questions submitted through inquiry, quote, scheduling, or conversational tools.
• Information couples place in the Couples RSVP Portal, including wedding-page details, household names, guest names, attendance responses, meal selections, accessibility notes, and messages.
• Information submitted to the Wedding Blog or photographer directory by an authorized administrator.
• Communications sent by telephone, text message, email, or connected third-party services.

Information collected automatically

The website and its service providers may collect limited technical information such as browser and device type, IP address, approximate location, referring page, pages visited, and interactions with links or website features. This information is used for security, reliable operation, and understanding how visitors use the website.

How information is used

The website uses trusted providers to deliver specific features. Information is shared with them only as needed to provide the feature you choose to use.

• 17hats: tour scheduling, inquiries, quotes, and related workflow communications.
• Jotform: Gemma, the AI Event Specialist, and certain interactive forms or planning tools. Information entered into those experiences is processed by Jotform and, for AI-assisted interactions, its AI service providers.
• Website hosting and database providers: secure website delivery, authorized administration, the Couples RSVP Portal, and stored website records.
• TikTok and other embedded media: media providers may receive technical and usage information when an embedded item loads or is used.

These services maintain their own privacy policies and may use cookies or similar technologies. Visitors should review the policy shown by the applicable provider before submitting information.

When information may be shared

Stone Ridge Estates does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate the website or fulfill a request, when you direct or consent to the disclosure, to protect the safety and rights of Stone Ridge Estates or others, or when required by law.

Couple and guest RSVP information

Couple dashboards are intended for the authorized couple. Guest RSVP pages are accessed through the couple’s shared page and an invitation code. Couples decide what wedding details they publish and which guests they invite. Guests should contact the couple or Stone Ridge Estates if an RSVP record needs correction.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, administer weddings and events, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Children

The public website is not directed to children under 13, and Stone Ridge Estates does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Couples or parents may include a child’s name or attendance information in an RSVP record when needed for event planning.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information reasonably associated with you. Some information may need to be retained for contracts, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. You may also unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the instructions in the message.
