- Up to six guestsThe total guest count includes the two required witnesses. Witnesses may be provided for $50 each when needed.

A small ceremony, clearly planned.
May beer or wine be served?
Yes. A current Washington banquet permit and event insurance with host liquor liability are required. Alcohol may be enjoyed only by guests age 21 or older. Review the current Washington banquet-permit requirements and $25 daily fee.
May wedding cake be brought in?
Yes. Bring the cake along with any plates, forks, serving pieces, and cake-cutting knife needed.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Stone & Vow is outdoors only and takes place rain, snow, or shine. Please plan clothing and details with the forecast in mind.
